Lucky Me is the newest recruit in Raw Living's range of raw chocolate bars. Like the others in the range, it too is packed full of superfoods. This time purple corn extract and ashwaganda are the main players.

Purple corn extract is well known for it's powerful antioxidant effect - a giveaway is the purple colour. Ashwaganda, sometimes known an Indian Ginseng, is an adaptogen which rebalances the body and helps strengthen our core energy. This bar contains significant amounts of both. Lucky You!

I really enjoyed both the taste and texture of this scrumptious chocolate.

Don't expect sweetness, in fact if that is what you are looking for try something else.... first bite I could taste salt, that's the primary taste sensation here. No one else in my family liked this bar, but after it was half gone I started to like it more, it is certainly different than other raw chocolates I have tried, even in texture, more like a chewy snack bar? Not sure if i'd BUY again.... would I EAT it again? If it was offered and I was hungry - but not my first choice of sweet chocolate treat. Interesting to try though.

Very bitter with a grainy texture but I liked that. Delivers a top choccie fix with a very small amount! :))
